Conscious Connections has been created as a sacred yet playful space for authentic relating. Through embodiment, ritual, and curiosity, you’ll reconnect with yourself, with others, and with community: awakening presence, wholeness, and transformation.
Conscious Connections exists because we saw a need for authentic connection, a yearning to meet ourselves and others and to practice what relating can look like beyond the hurt and trauma baggage we’ve accumulated from unhealthy relationships
Conscious Connections gives you the tools to communicate your needs, wants and desires.
The guided practices will regulate and rewire your nervous system for safety, presence and empowerment and you will leave feeling deeply nourished and just a little bit more like yourself.
It’s a gathering where depth meets play, and connection becomes transformation.
💫 Embodiment & Self-Connection:
Gentle grounding, breathwork, and ritual to attune to your body’s wisdom and the subtle language of energy.
💫 Elemental Alchemy in Touch:
Platonic touch and hugs will recalibrate and downregulate your nervous system, making you feel present and whole.
💫 Relational Exploration:
Partner and small-group exercises to explore the topic of the workshop in a somatic way, beyond the mind.
💫 Mystical & Playful Balance:
Ritual, music, and movement to weave the sacred and the sensual, the tender and the joyful.
💫 Integration & Nourishment:
Closing practices to connect with the group as a whole, ground and reflect, followed by tea and shared nibbles to deepen community connection.
“The meeting of two personalities is like the contact of two chemical substances: if there is any reaction, both are transformed.”
— Carl Jung, Swiss psychiatrist and psychoanalyst

You will leave, feeling grounded and deeply connected to your I AM presence.

Either the Wheel of Consent or the Five Elements of Touch
Let us know our preference!
In the Wheel of Consent workshop, we explore the relational dynamics of giving, receiving, taking, and allowing as lived, embodied experiences rather than concepts. This is an invitation to feel how choice, clarity, and self-responsibility shape your capacity for connection, pleasure, and trust.
In this gathering, we’ll immerse ourselves in The Five Elements of Touch — earth, water, fire, air and ether — experiencing each as a distinct pathway into awareness, intimacy and embodied presence. Each element offers a different quality of touch and relating, inviting you to explore how safety, flow, aliveness, spaciousness, and subtle attunement live in your body and your relationships.
This workshop explores individual, partnered, and group activities. It's highly experiential, and incorporates some introductions and debriefing conversations to facilitate clarity and integration.
Who is this for: All sexual / gender orientations are welcome. Whilst we aim for a balanced mix of participants, you may be partnered with anyone in the workshop. In some exercises, this may include partnering with someone of a different gender, the same gender, or someone whose gender or orientation differs from your usual preference.
What to wear: Wear comfortable and/or sensual clothes that support movement.
Consent: Before and during the workshop, we create clear agreements that ensure the highest level of integrity and safety for workshop participants. Nudity or explicit sexual touch is not allowed.
Disclaimer: This workshop is a personal development experience and does not substitute professional, psychological or medical advice.
