We are the living, breathing embodiment of love. Yet, in our busy world, we often feel more like a headless chicken, rushing from one thing to another, or hiding behind performative masks.
Let this workshop be your sacred pause, to come back home to yourself, reclaim and rediscover your unique essence beyond the roles, so that you can connect more deeply and authentically with others.
After all, in the words of Brené Brown, “Connection is why we’re here; it is what gives purpose and meaning to our lives.”
This workshop will support you in reclaiming that meaning and allow you to embody love and anchor it for the duration of the workshop, so that over time, you can embody it in your daily life, regardless of the circumstances.
Our vision for Conscious Connections is to create a space where we can embody our highest essence—to be fully connected with ourselves, so we can authentically connect with others and the Divine, experiencing oneness in the many.
Too often, we’ve ignored our bodies' wisdom or created hard boundaries due to past pain. In this space, we rediscover how to differentiate between fear-based boundaries and a sacred 'No,' leaning into our edges to expand beyond contractions into the freedom of who we truly are.
How can I dissolve the walls around my heart and feel safe?
How can I surrender to love?
How can I tune into and trust my senses and my intuition more
What does it mean to say yes to myself, above saying no to another?
What does it feel like to ask for what I want with love?
What does it mean to give without expecting anything in return?
How can I say ‘no’ with full respect for the other person’s courage and desire
How can I stay fully present in my body?
How can I resist the tendency to check out?
How can I strengthen my connection to self, so I always trust myself to be safe?
How can I reclaim and cultivate my life-force energy, radiance and magnetism.
We will explore transpersonal touch and conscious connection beyond agenda to reclaim ourselves as pure consciousness, pure love. Ceremonial cacao will be served at the beginning of the workshop to open our hearts even more.
“The meeting of two personalities is like the contact of two chemical substances: if there is any reaction, both are transformed.”
